- KUUMS is a registered as an NGO under Bombay Trust Act, 1951 in Kutch, It enables the Trust to seek donation under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act, 1961.
- As per the revised tax exemption act, effective from 1 April, 2017, all your donation of above Rs 500/- to KUUMS is eligible for 50% tax exemption under section 80G of the Income Tax Act.
- Note*: The 80G Tax Exemption is applicable only to Indian donors and NRI donors (Indian Citizens, holding an Indian passport). The foreign donation will be eligible for Tax exemption as per the tax law of their respective countries. .
